Yes, we’ve been there, we’ve done it, and we highly recommend, if you’re going to be in Greater Fort Lauderdale area in February.
Greater Fort Lauderdale will be observing BLACK HISTORY MONTH with year-long celebrations and events: Black History Month events in February are just a sample of the year-round, culturally-diverse entertainment scene in Greater Fort Lauderdale. Throughout 2012, locals and nationally-renowned celebrities will be celebrating the richness of African American history and cultural traditions in a variety of ways.
The celebration begins in January with the Pfuzion Dance Theatre’s innovative “Hip Hop Symphony” at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, Jan. 29, blending urban hip hop with classical dance and music. For more information, visit here.
